Awe, maybe it’s the kind of word that you just can’t define, or maybe it’s just me, but I always considered it as being more of a feeling that something it could be defined. I see awe is a state of love, of when you see the flowers blooming on early spring, the sound birds preparing for nesting, it’s in the laughter of children, it’s in a blue sky, it’s in the thunders, it’s nature, it’s beauty and harmony. It’s the feeling of peace on the weariest of days, when the burden feels heavy, but the hope prevails, it’s a deep breath that fills your heart with calm. Awe is an invitation to look inward to find the beauty that surrounds us, reflected in the deepest layers of ourselves, whilst we live, to see the sunrise for another day. So independent of people, of places, of things, all I know is that I feel and that I love.
